41 sustainable flex homes across Oude IJsselstreek

ARNHEM – DunoAir is working together with the Municipality of Oude IJsselstreek on the development of 41 sustainable flex homes, spread across six locations within the municipality. With this project, we contribute to an important social challenge: creating affordable housing in the short term, without compromising on quality, livability and sustainability.

The project consists of two housing types:
– compact 32 m² studios
– fully equipped 65 m² homes

The homes will be realised in:
– Ulft
– Terborg
– Varsseveld
– Varsseveld
– Gendringen
– Varsselder

The homes are being developed by geWOONhout on behalf of DunoAir. The circular timber homes are designed to be energy-neutral and feature the highest possible energy rating: A++++. We are proud to contribute to future-proof living within the Municipality of Oude IJsselstreek through this project.
