Modern shopping center
The shopping centre located at Brink 115 – 174 in Hengelo was developed in 1999–2000 as part of a larger area development by ING Real Estate. The complex is thoughtfully integrated among existing buildings from 1958 and is situated in a prime location between the train station and the recently redeveloped market square.
The shopping centre primarily occupies the ground floor and is part of three owners’ associations. Only the ground floor of the Telgenflat is included in the complex. Additionally, De Brink includes basement space, while the Brinkstaete section features a first floor leased to fashion retailer Jac Hensen.
The adjacent Q-Park parking garage is not part of the property; it is owned by a third party and leased by Q-Park.
The area is undergoing significant urban transformation, with many new residential developments underway. DunoAir is currently exploring the best way to reposition De Brink to ensure it complements and adds value to its evolving surroundings.
