Acquisition of 10 properties with a total area of approximately 55.000 m²

ARNHEM – DunoAir Real Estate has acquired an investment portfolio of 10 properties spread across the Netherlands, with a total area of approximately 55,000 m². The seller is M7 Real Estate. The portfolio includes office, retail, and industrial properties. It consists of six office buildings, two light-industrial properties, and two retail units, including a shopping center and a PDV property. The properties are located throughout the Netherlands, with offices in Almelo, Amersfoort, Den Bosch, Ede, and Hilversum, retail properties in Woerden and Hengelo, and industrial spaces in Breda and Rotterdam.

The buyer, DunoAir Real Estate, was commercially advised by BMV Beleggingsmakelaars, a partner in Dynamis, and legally advised by Dirkzwager legal & tax. M7 Real Estate was commercially advised by CBRE Netherlands and Prime Realty Partners. Loyens & Loeff acted as legal advisor.
